Diary of a Mad Old Man

Based on a book of the same name by renowned Japanese writer Jun'ichirō Tanizaki. Set in Japan, the book takes the form of a journal of Utsugi, an aging patriarch, who, recovering from a stroke, discovers that while his body is decaying, his libido rages on – sparked by the attentions of his daughter in law.
